I want to thank you for reading all the updates, blogs of Street Kids Manila. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that you took a minute or two of your time to read my blog.

This is my first personal message to the readers, supporters, visionary, and dreamers of Street Kids of Manila.

Street Kids Manila is not yet an organization or foundations, we are just a family, a group of people that wanting to help the children who live in the street.

Every time I will close my eyes and get ready for bed, I always say a prayer for this. I always include You the reader in my prayer. It was my desire to help these kids to find a home that will give them their right to live, to have an education and achieve their dreams.

I was once reminded again by my good friend, mentor. “Don’t worry. God has placed you here for a reason. I know sometimes it feels like it’s slow, but in God’s timing it’s perfect.”. I already knew that but when someone again reminded me about it. It makes more sense. The success of this advocacy will not happen overnight. However, the thirst to help is getting stronger and stronger every day. Every time I see responses from people that I share the vision with.

I am writing this to help you understand what is our vision. Our dreams for the street kids of manila.

We are just starting up. My family in the Philippines are doing great works on making the vision into reality.

As of now, we provide feeding program to the kids. Be friends with them and know them deeper.

We want to raise awareness in order to reach organizations that are open to admit a kid in their place. I am not sure what is the legal process of this for now, but we are working on that, we wanted to legalize the advocacy in order for us to work freely without hesitation of us being question by the authority.

I believe that what we are doing is okay. It’s act of compassion for the kids.

I know that every institution, organization has a certain number of kids that they can take care of in their place. However, I am not losing hope of what and where this advocacy will lead us to.

I am again grateful for your time, prayers and thoughts about this advocacy. We will do our best to keep you updated.
